MCWA has been advocating for clean water and a healthy environment in the Lehigh Valley for over 50 yrs. From the unyielding force that was Gertrude Fox, to our current officers and Board of Directors, MCWA continues to make the long-term viability of our watershed a top priority.
MCWA partners with schools, universities, businesses and like-minded environmental organizations to achieve its mission. Ongoing projects include stream bank restoration and tree-planting at various locations, including Illick’s Mill, the Monocacy Way Trail, the Gertrude Fox Conservation Area, Bath Borough, and others.
