The Martins-Jacoby Watershed Association is dedicated To promote stewardship of, to protect and to enhance the watersheds of the Bangor Area which include: Slateford Creek, Jacoby Creek, Allegheny Creek, Oughoughton Creek, Little Martins Creek, Martins Creek, Mud Run, Waltz Creek, and others.
Protect
Our activities help keep the waters of our local creeks cold and clean, making them a haven for native fish and other wildlife.
Enhance
We carry out streambank plantings and watershed clean-ups to enhance natural ecosystems.
Steward
Our volunteers do community outreach and education on watershed issues. We also advocate for watershed protection with local governments.
