The initial work on the Laurel Run, a tributary to the Saucon Creek, in the park in Coopersburg Borough, was completed under a Growing Greener Grant to the Lehigh County Conservation District in 2007. In 2024. the WCLV and the Saucon Creek Watershed Association was funded to add additional plantings and signage. This project has been in the works for nearly 20 years! Below is a gallery of ‘before’ pictures, photos from the work in 2007, and the more recent work done in 2024 and 2025. The park is located one street off Rt. 309 behind the Post Office – go check it out!
