The Coalition

The Watershed Coalition of the Lehigh Valley is a non-profit association of the region’s conservation organizations, working to keep the Lehigh Valley’s streams clean and healthy.  Everything we do has one goal: to preserve and improve the region’s natural resources.

By bringing together our members’ skills, resources, and experience, we help communities, municipalities, and individuals plan and execute a wide range of conservation activities. We focus on creating collaborations for on-the-ground demonstration and restoration projects, as well as community outreach to promote good water conservation practices. We offer a broad range of education programs both for volunteers and for the general public.  At our monthly meetings, we gather to exchange information and keep the conservation community informed. In recent years, the work of the WCLV has extended north, into the Pocono Mountain region, and south, into Bucks County.
